Franklin Mountain State Park: This park is the largest urban park in America, spreading out over 37 square miles. Armored Division and Fort Bliss Museum: This free museum gives you a glimpse into the history of the 1Armored Division and Fort Bliss from 1849 until the present. White Sands National Monument: This amazing national treasure is located approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from El Paso, but is well worth the drive!
